First of all, you need to WHY Crystals / Healing Stones need to be Cleansed and Charged Power before you know HOW. :)

I cleanse all crystals for my local customers before ship out, so that they can use or wear crystals when they receive them. It's important to Cleanse Your Crystals before your first-time use. Think about the way they are handled, cut, polished, and the delivery, the condition in which they are stored, all Affect the Energies of the Crystals.

Secondly, as you all know, or not you may not know, Natural Crystals / Healing Stones have a consciousness of their own, they are ALIVE, that's how they connect to the universe to bring you Healing Energies, some of them can pick up or absorb your negative energies, so a routine cleansing for your crystals is a MUST, this will FLUSH all negative energies from your crystals so you can continue to use them in an Effective Way. Just like you take a bath everyday and refresh yourself.

I will be sharing a few ways that I mostly use ( with ★) , you can choose one or two methods that you think is suitable for you. Cleansing Crystals is also a meditation, you will feel calm and peaceful by doing this, enjoy it!

★ Water ★

Place your Crystals in a clean bowl full of Purified Water, let them sit at least overnight or 24 hours. For Raw stones or Clusters, you may use Purified Water to clean the surface. If your crystal jewelries are embedded in metal, please DO NOT use this method.

Water is a wonderful cleanser for human bodies, also for crystals. Water works with polished stones. I only use Purified Water to cleanse crystals. Natural crystals love water. Many crystals grow from water rich in dissolved minerals. Some buyers asked 'Can I use tap water?'. The answer is 'No and Never'. Tap water contains a lot of chemicals, which can harm crystals.

But, not all healing stones could stay in the water for such a long time. Such as: Turquoise, Howlite, Sugilite, Amber, Pyrite, Lapis Lazuli, Hematite, Blue Moonstone, Orange Moonstone, Sugilite, Charoite, Seraphinite, Chrysocolla, Epidote, Malachite, Red Carol, Golden Mica, Black Sunstone, Tiger's Eye.
I suggest you use Purified Water to cleanse it first, and make sure to dry it after doing this. Then sage your healing stone or place them on the raw stones.

*KEEP IN MIND, do not use water to cleanse Selenite, use smoke or sunlight.

★ Smoke ★

Hold the crystal within the smoke of White Sage to cleanse it for 1-2 minutes. Please open the windows before doing this.
I highly recommend this way to cleanse your Raw Stones, Clusters, Geodes, because you can not put them in the water for too long.

★ Sunlight ★

Expose your crystals under direct Sunlight 15-20 minutes. Sunlight is a Powerful way to Cleanse and Charge energies for your crystals, but Sunlight can also Fade the color of some crystals, such as Apatite, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Citrine, Iolite, Rose Quartz, Strawberry Quartz, Multi-colored Tourmaline (except for Black Tourmaline) so please DO NOT expose your crystal under sunlight OVER TIME. 
Clear Quartz, Black Obsidian, Rainbow Obsidian, Black Tourmaline, Tiger's Eye. They could stay under Sunlight for hours.

★ Crystals / Clusters ★

Place your crystals on Clear Quartz Clusters to Cleanse or some other Powerful Inclusion Raw Stones / Clusters to Charge Energy.
Some people say that, raw stones, clusters, crystal chips do not need cleansing. Actually, they do. They go through the same process in packaging and long distance delivery.

★ Candle Light ★

Light up a few candles next to the crystals, raw stones. Play some healing music for them, and yourself. They enjoy it, so will you.

Moonlight

Place your crystals under a full moonlight for a few hours or the whole night, this method is quite difficult because you can't always see a full moon.
Healing Stones that love this method: Blue Moonstone, Orange Moonstone, Labradorite.

Nature

Crystals are from the Mother Nature, place your crystals under the trees, on the grass, by a waterfall or stream, is also fine. But please be cautious when you use this method to cleanse your crystals, in case they get lost or fall into the water.
